At Sianalu, we always aim to give our customers the best value for stylish, high-quality clothing. If you find one of our items offered at a lower price by another authorised UK retailer, we’ll gladly match it—so you never pay more than you should.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be exactly the same (style, size, colour, and variation).

The lower price must be from a reliable, authorised UK-based retailer—online or in-store.

The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase by the competitor.

Your request must be made before checkout or within 7 days of placing your Sianalu order.

What Is Not Eligible
The Price Match Policy does not apply to:

Clearance, end-of-season, or liquidation sales

Used, damaged, refurbished, or open-box products

Prices that require loyalty memberships, coupons, or special promo codes

Flash deals, auction listings, or marketplace sellers (e.g., eBay, Etsy, Amazon Marketplace)

Pricing mistakes, misprints, or fraudulent listings
Refunds for Approved Matches
If your request qualifies after you’ve already purchased, we will refund the price difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
